Wolfstone at Wickham

During the Summer of 2010 we planned to take time out and enjoy the Wickham festival - this was one that we had visited with Bluehorses and had a really pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful part of the country and close by.
In a moment of madness we took a flyer, and being long-time fans of Wolfstone we wrote a note asking if we could film them at the venue.
We could hardly believe it when they agreed, an so started a very productive few months. We filmed the set, then selected a number of the tracks to edit (in the end we did 9 of them). We used youTube to preview and approve each track before compiling them into a pair of DVDs - one with 5 tracks for demo purposes to be sent to prospective promoters, and one with all 9 as a loyalty bonus to fans.

Re think

After the demise of Bluehorses and the lessons learned with The reasoning, it was some time before we took any more work on-board. in the mean time we experimented with other things.

What focused things back again was a piece for charity ... this was great fun and well received

The reasoning experiment

The first stranger work we did was for The reasoning ... we filmed them at the Cambridge Rock Festival. After the first two clips were released (and used on an included DVD with the album) the band members changed and they were no longer current. Seems to be a fact of life with this work.

We later recorded them at the Robin2 in Bilsdon (Wolverhampton), then as we were unable to commit the time to edit the whole film, we surrendered the material. We believe this was used in a DVD but since I don't believe we were ever credited nor acknowledged I cannot be certain.
Anyway this proved the breaking of the relationship,
